This letter is to introduce Clarence Ferrari, a member of the Boys’ Club of New York Music Education Staff. Clarence has held the position of Violin Instructor (Teaching: violin, mandolin, ukulele, and more) at the Harriman Clubhouse Music Complex for 6 years, rounding off a staff of 6 teachers, 17 total at the agencies 3 locations.
Clarence is a talented musician loved by students and parents alike. He is always the first to step-up and write arrangements for our All-Star Band’s annual Music Concert held at major New York City venues like the Apollo, Lincoln Center, El Musio del Barrio, Symphony Space, Jazz at Lincoln Center and New World Theater/Broadway, or take charge of handling set-up for our Annual Recitals and various BCNY events. Clarence is respected by his coworkers, and most importantly can always be relied upon.
As for character and additional skills, he is a talented MC, knows his way around a computer and is always willing to give his time to help others, has an entertaining sense of humor, is a gentleman; and after having worked at BCNY 28 years, I can say that Clarence is one of the nicest people you could ever have he pleasure of knowing or working with.
